IMMUNITY BOOSTER - KADHA ( HERBAL TEA )

INGREDIENTS: Clove  (Laung)       x 1 tsp Crushed black pepper (Kalimirch)    x1 tsp Finely chopped ginger (adrak )    x1 tsp Tulsi leaves (Indian basil )        x1 tsp Honey     x1 tsp METHOD: To make kadha, heat a saucepan, add clove, ginger, black pepper, tulsi leaves and dry roast on slow flame for 30 seconds. Add 2 cups of water, mix well and cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes while stirring occasionally. Strain the mixture using a strainer in the deep bowl.
