INGREDIENTS:
- Clove (Laung) x 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper (Kalimirch) x1 tsp
- Finely chopped ginger (adrak ) x1 tsp
- Tulsi leaves (Indian basil ) x1 tsp
- Honey x1 tsp
METHOD:
- To make kadha, heat a saucepan, add clove, ginger, black pepper, tulsi leaves and dry roast on slow flame for 30 seconds.
- Add 2 cups of water, mix well and cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Strain the mixture using a strainer in the deep bowl. Add honey and mix well
