ginger (2 inch x 1 inch)

turmeric (1-2 inch x 1/2 inch, sub with 1-2 tbsp powdered turmeric)
- zinc
(optional, 1 tbsp per glas)
Instructions
using juicer
- Prepare
vegetables and fruit for juicing.
- In a
juicer add all ingredients except for zinc. Juice and transfer into an
airtight bottle/jug and store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
- Serve
juice with one tbsp of zinc.
using blender

In a high speed blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Strain
through a nutmilk bag/cheesecloth and discard pulp. Transfer into an airtight
bottle/jug and store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
